Returns Policy
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Refunds:
Returns/exchanges are accepted, within 7 days, if an item was delivered damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or commissioned/custom items.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated upon checkout and is based on item weight and destination. Shipping options will be made available prior to payment.
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping from the day order is processed. Custom orders take longer.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping costs due upon receipt of purchase.
