Refund policy

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Due to the handmade nature of our resin products, returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and only in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. To be eligible, please email us with clear photos and a description of the issue. 

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on:                                                                                             Sale items, Gift cards, or Commissioned/Custom items.

Cancellations:

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.
