What is your return policy?

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds: Returns/exchanges are accepted, within 7 days, if an item was delivered damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or commissioned/custom items.

What if my order is missing or damaged?

How do I enter a promo code for my online purchase?

Each promotion code must be entered during checkout. On the delivery section of checking out, prior to the payment screen, you will have the option to enter in a redemption gift certificate/promo code. Enter in the code and click continue. Your discount will be shown on the next screen.

I entered in a promotional code but the discount is not being applied. What do I do now?

If the message says "The promo code you entered is not valid." , the promotion has expired or can't be used with the items you want to purchase. Read the promotion terms and conditions carefully to understand how the promotion can and can't be used. If you feel you have still received this in error, please contact our customer service department.

How do I sign up for special offers and promotions?
To sign up, visit our home page and enter your email address to sign up to receive an email as new products become available.
How long does it take to ship my order out?
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping from the day order is processed. Custom orders take longer.

Will my items arrive in one package?

We do our best to ship everything from the same order in one package. However, due to the fragile nature of our items, we may ship them separately.

The color looks slightly different than the pictures?

Due to slight variations in computer monitors, the item you receive may look slightly different in color than on your computer. The color should not be of drastic difference.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours.

How can I look up my order?

For the fastest results, please create an account on our website with the email address you used as check out. This will allow you to view all of your orders. After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link for you to check on the status of your order. If neither of those options are answering your question you can contact us for more information.

How do I care for my items?

To protect your polished resin design and keep it looking as good as new, avoid using abrasive cleaners to clean.

While the resin material is a strong, food-safe & heat resistant, and has a hard-shell protective coating, even the toughest materials will show some wear over time. But in order to extend the longevity of your piece avoid using abrasives that can cause scratches and abrasions on the surface.

The best way to clean your piece is to treat it like glass. Use a glass cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe and polish. If it needs further cleaning, a soft sponge with soapy water will do just as well.

Please do not use sharp items or cut on the design side of the board. The backside of the board is better suited for cutting while the front is better used for serving.
